Return and Cancellation Policy

All of your orders from are sent to you, our customers, via cargo. There are a few issues that need to be considered when the courier company delivers your order. Your orders are delivered to the contracted cargo within an average of 3 working days. An e-mail is sent to you regarding the order given to the cargo, and the cargo reference number of your order is specified. Delivery is not made on Sundays due to the fact that the cargo companies do not work.

How should I receive the cargo package?

Since the cargo company is racing against time, it wants to deliver the product and leave immediately, but there is a sensitive issue. The cargo form should not be signed before you receive your cargo package. Before signing the shipping report, please check whether the box of your product is damaged due to transportation. If there is any damage in the box for any reason, please return your box to the cargo officer without signing any documents related to the delivery. Your new products will be sent by us immediately. In case of receiving the products with damaged boxes, is not responsible for the damage or deficiency of the products inside.

Is there any deformation in the delivered package?

If there is any deformation in the package brought by the cargo company or if there is any doubt that makes you think that the product inside may be damaged, open the package next to the cargo officer and check the physical condition of your orders without signing the cargo form. If you do not see any problems you may sign the transmit form. If you think that the products in the box are damaged in any way, please do not receive the products and request a cargo damage report from the cargo officer. The duty of the cargo company is to safely deliver your shopping from to the right person by providing safe transportation. In order to use the right of return, it is conditional that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product is unused. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of return belongs to the BUYER.

In order to carry out your return process;

Returns of products that have lost their resaleability feature and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

If you are not a taxpayer, when returning the product you have purchased, you must fill in the information in the relevant return section of the invoice of our company and sign it, and send it back to us together with the product. Otherwise, your refund will not be completed.

When Your Return Process Is Completed:
